We’re all broken. We’re not perfect, we’re not supposed to be. Life has a way of showing us that we don’t have all of the answers,or know why things happen to perfectly wonderful people. But, in the midst of life, somewhere along the journey we realize that in our brokenness we become real. Our flaws and imperfections are what make us beautiful human beings. They allow us to be each other’s teachers, even if only from an outside perspective. When we acknowledge our brokenness we can see each other through the eyes of love and acceptance. It’s in our shared stories of brokenness that we learn, we grow to love and accept each other. We’re all the same, we’re broken. We need each other. No one is any better or has more answers than anyone else. Our brokenness brings humility and humility brings grace which is where we need to meet. In grace and in love.
